Leyona Technologies SARL AU
Subscription Terms
Qatra is free to use. Premium is optional, auto-renewing, and cancellable in one tap from the store you bought it in. Everything you need to know before starting the trial is on this page.

01What Premium includes
The free tier keeps working forever, with the whole reflection library. Premium adds:
- up to 20 reminders a day on a schedule you set, instead of 3;
- all 19 backdrops, including the 8 that move, instead of 6;
- the home screen and lock screen widgets;
- collections, your full reading history, and reflections you write yourself;
- sync across your devices, and the alternate app icons.
02The 7-day free trial
New users get 7 days of Premium, free. You are not charged during the trial.
If you start the trial through the App Store or Google Play, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancelling during the trial keeps Premium running until the last day of it, and then drops you to the free tier with nothing charged.
One free trial per person. Apple and Google enforce that, not us.
03Price and billing
Premium is offered monthly and yearly. The exact price in your currency, including any tax, is shown in the app on the purchase screen before you confirm — it varies by country because Apple and Google set the local price tiers.
Payment is taken by Apple or by Google, charged to the payment method on your App Store or Google Play account. Leyona Technologies SARL AU never receives or stores your card details.
04Automatic renewal
A Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
Turning off auto-renewal does not end your current period. You keep Premium until the day it was already paid up to.
05How to cancel
Cancelling is done in the store, not in the app — neither Apple nor Google lets a developer cancel a subscription on your behalf.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Qatra, then Cancel Subscription.
On Android
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap Qatra, then Cancel subscription.
If you cannot find it, write to support@getqatra.com and we will walk you through it.
06Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own policy. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not process.
- Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google: request one from Google Play → Account → Purchase history.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because Premium is digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your consent — which is what starting the trial or the subscription does. Tell us anyway if something went wrong: we would rather help than stand on the rule.
07Price changes
If we change the price of an existing subscription, Apple and Google will notify you in advance and, where their rules require it, ask you to agree before the new price applies. If you do not agree, the subscription simply stops renewing at the end of the current period.
08When Premium ends
Nothing is deleted. The app drops to the free tier: 3 reminders a day, 6 backdrops, no widgets and no sync.
Your favourites, collections, history and your own written reflections stay on our servers and come straight back if you resubscribe. If you would rather they did not, delete your account — see Delete your account.
